The RMC400 AZ Adaptive Automation System is an automated coating control system based on the accurate data provided by the RMC300 D/S or RMC310D/S measuring coating system.
The high-performance RMC400 AZ computer automatically controls the air knife system to optimize coating production. Along with it, there is a corresponding operating terminal computer that provides parameter settings for the device.
These optimization adjustments are based on historical data records of the production process and the analytical judgment of the effects of these settings.
Modifications to all control parameters (such as strip speed, strip to air knife distance, and coating target thickness changes) will be applied to feedforward control. The adaptive automatic control system uses these parameters to continuously calculate parameters such as the pressure of the air knife control.
The measurement data obtained by the coating probe is used to optimize the coating thickness, ie the target control (TAC) of the plating setup is completed.
Through the statistical distribution analysis of the coating thickness, the set parameters will be optimized and corrected, taking into account the allowable errors of the upper and lower surfaces and the sum, and the minimum amount of plating material used is calculated.
All uniform control over the thickness of the coating and the scan crown of the coating depends on the data provided by the company's associated coating measurement system.
